Free consultation with all packages.
Payment to be made prior to each session, packages may be purchased with installment plans negotiable.
Cancellation must be made within 24 hours or you will be charged for a session.
Refunds will be issued for unused sessions minus a 10% processing fee of the remaining package value.
Training may only begin with a signed terms of service, health and fitness screening questionnaire, and physician’s consent form if deemed appropriate.
