It’s not just a current fad in big corporations. Making small but dedicated decisions to care for your staff and their wellness is a cash-positive decision. Well-documented research indicates a $3 to $6 return on investment for every dollar spent on worksite health promotion. I will work with your HR representatives to develop an overview survey of your staff and management. From there we will work together to evaluate health-plan cost savings and realistic, budget-based goals. Health Screening Assessments of participants will be maintained for your records, for your health-care provider, and to measure results.

As a result of the staff survey I will prepare recommended wellness programming and coordinate speakers, vendors, and activities on a set schedule of delivery. Group fitness and stress-relief classes will be provided as requested.
